The Start of Something New!

I often get asked Do you workout?
or What do you do to keep in shape?
and even What do you eat everyday?

I'm constantly being asked to share my recipes, workout tips and schedule, and diet. So I decided it was time to create a blog to simply share the aspects of my life that keep me fit, healthy and feeling great. I wanted to share some of my recipes, workout routines and healthy lifestyle tips that are able to keep me in good habits, without feeling like I'm trying to do so.
